Amanda Buchannan, RN
Founder, Clinical Developer, & CEO
Amanda Buchannan is a registered nurse with nearly two decades of frontline experience in emergency and long-term care settings. A natural problem-solver and passionate advocate for practical innovation, she founded RapidLink Health to bring smart, intuitive tools to the people who need them most: care teams working under pressure.
With a background in clinical leadership and a sharp eye for workflow inefficiencies, Amanda has developed tech solutions that close the gap between information and action—empowering staff, protecting residents, and streamlining care.
A lifelong creator and systems thinker, she blends clinical insight with a knack for building tools that actually make a difference on the floor. Amanda leads RapidLink Health with the same values that shaped her nursing career: integrity, efficiency, and unwavering respect for the people doing the work.
